Wendell Gilliard, Founder of Project Cool Breeze (a Non Profit Organization designed to provide cooling for seniors during the summer months. 2019 marks the 20th year for Project Cool Breeze air-conditioner distribution. State Rep. Gilliard continues to help make a way for Seniors, but this could not be possible without the ongoing support of the community.
